The RN/LPN will conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer prescribed medications and treatments for residents. Responsibilities also include providing direct nursing care, coordinating with the healthcare team, and supervising CNAs and other staff.
Candidates must possess a State of Iowa RN or LPN License and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities. Essential personal attributes include being compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others.

About the Role: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
