This unique role involves completing evaluations for clients seeking support from Heartland Family Service, after which another therapist will be assigned for therapeutic support. Responsibilities include maintaining clinical records, meeting payer requirements, and providing mental health crisis intervention as necessary.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and be License Eligible as an LMHC or PLMHC, with experience in substance abuse treatment (LADC or CADC) being preferred. The role requires the ability to conduct evaluations for diverse populations with co-occurring disorders using evidence-based practices.
