The Resident Assistant will administer medications accurately according to prescribed schedules and assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming and meal preparation to promote independence. Responsibilities also include monitoring residents' health and maintaining accurate documentation of care activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Candidates must be compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others, possessing strong communication and teamwork abilities. A mandatory requirement is passing an online Medication Manager course within 90 days of employment.
