The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs, including administering medications and performing ordered treatments. Responsibilities also involve supervising care staff, collaborating on care plans, monitoring resident conditions, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and accurately documenting all care activities.
Candidates must possess a valid Ohio LPN license and a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking. Essential attributes include strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, the ability to work respectfully under pressure, and passing pre-employment background and drug screenings.
