Overview Syosset Dental is searching for a part-time Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team! We take pride in providing exceptional dental care. The best individual for this role has strong communication skills, is team-oriented, and can multitask effectively.
Experienced dental receptionist, savvy with working with major PPO networks in addition to FFS patients, processing claims, preauthorizations, adjustments, and schedules Responsibilities include phones, checking patients in and out, scheduling, recalls, billing, electronic insurance filing, and follow-up Answer phone calls and schedule appointments/manage changes in schedule to ensure smooth workflow Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payments
2+ years of prior dental front office experience is required Proficiency in Dentrix dental software Experience with Insurance coordination Orthodontic knowledge is a plus (coding, etc.) Social media is a plus INDHRFO03
