The Universal Worker I is responsible for enhancing the living experience of residents by performing various care activities, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, while adhering to comprehensive care plans. They also assist with admissions, discharges, documentation, implementing activities, and preparing/serving meals.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess a current CNA certification registered in Nebraska, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with 6 months of prior caregiver experience preferred. Physical requirements include unrestricted lift/push/pull ability of 50 pounds and the ability to communicate effectively in English, including medical terminology.
Tabitha in Crete- The Gardens Assisted Living in Crete, NE is seeking a Universal Worker I (Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)) to work Saturday/Sunday, with every 5th weekend off. This schedule includes a weekend and holiday rotation.
The Universal Worker I is responsible for enhancing the living experience for Tabitha’s Seniors/residents/clients by performing various care activities and related services as described and in compliance with the comprehensive care plan/service plan objectives. While doing so they will contribute to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of Seniors/clients through respectful, professional, competent and personable interaction.
Compensation At Eventide | Tabitha, we value our employees and offer a competitive starting pay range of $16-17.92 per hour for Universal Worker I's based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are also available, for select positions, paid on employment status and shift worked.
