The Certified Nursing Assistant provides assistance to participants with activities of daily living and necessary restorative/supportive care to ensure physical and health safety within the home environment. This role also involves monitoring and reporting health status, providing a safe environment for PACE participants, and potentially working shifts in the SCCNC Day Center.
Candidates must possess an unencumbered Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in North Carolina and have a High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population is required, along with a valid driver’s license and medical clearance for communicable diseases.

As assigned, works shifts in the SCCNC Day Center and provides care and services to participants and assists with the provision of a safe and effective day program
