The Occupational Therapist will triage referrals, conduct remote assessments via phone and video, prescribe necessary equipment and minor adaptations, and provide preventative advice to adults and carers. Essential requirements include experience in Adult Social Care or similar community settings, along with proven ability to manage complex cases and risk in fast-paced environments. Desirable experience involves completing remote assessments, and strong knowledge of relevant legislation and equipment pathways is required.
