The role involves providing essential supports to adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities within their homes and the community. On-call staff must commit to working a minimum of one shift per month and one holiday per year while maintaining all required training compliance.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, and have an S-TOFHLA passing score for the literacy test. Applicants are also required to have an HCWR entry as a DSP or CNA, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and experience supporting people with disabilities.
JCFS is looking for talented and engaging individuals to provide supports to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their home and community. This position pays $20.00 hourly rate with increases based on proven relatable experience.
