The receptionist is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, documenting patient arrivals in the charting system, and providing support to the business office team as needed. Daily tasks include handling mail, answering and routing phone calls, assisting with patient chart preparation, and utilizing computer and phone systems.
A High School Diploma is required for this position. Additionally, candidates must possess a minimum of two years of prior experience working in a medical office setting.
