The RN Circulator is responsible for performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and implementing care through direction, delegation, and coordination. They must also evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise the plan of care as necessary.
include a current RN License, Basic Life Support Certification (BLS), and unit-specific certifications as required, along with effective verbal and written communication skills and basic computer proficiency. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and previous Operating Room or scrub experience.
