The Direct Service Professional provides direct care and support to residents to help them achieve treatment goals under the supervision of a Program Director. Key duties include implementing treatment plans, maintaining case documentation, and facilitating daily living skills sessions.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with six months of experience in direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Required certifications include CPR/First Aid/Water Safety, with a mandate to complete RBT and DSP certifications within specific timeframes.

The Direct Service Professional reports to the Program Director and is responsible for providing direct care services specialized to assist residents of the program in achieving their treatment goals, under the direct supervision of the Program Director.
