The Physical Therapist is responsible for developing and administering physical therapy treatment programs aimed at improving patient function, reducing pain, preventing disabilities, and promoting overall health and well-being. This includes providing skilled treatment plans based on physician orders and establishing physical therapy diagnoses, treatment plans, and goals following patient evaluation.
Candidates must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy and possess a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license or be license eligible. CPR certification is required, and outpatient experience is preferred but not mandatory.
