The technologist will produce diagnostic images using various modalities like X-rays, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI to aid radiologists in diagnosis and patient management. This involves independently performing CT and radiographic procedures while ensuring diagnostic image quality and adhering to strict radiation safety protocols.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of current experience performing CT and Radiographic procedures specifically in an emergency room setting and must be a graduate of a 2-year accredited school of Radiology Technology. Required credentials include AZ DHS CRT and CTCT licenses, national ARRT certification (CT), and AHA Basic Life Support certification.
