• Responsibilities include: · Providing direct, resident-centered nursing care. · Administering medications and treatments as ordered. · Coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. · Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents. · Monitoring resident health, documenting observations, and responding to changes in condition. · Educating residents and families on care plans. · Ensuring rooms are ready for new admissions and participating in orientation.
• What you'll bring: · Current, unencumbered RN license. · Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. · Ability to make independent decisions and strong communication skills. · Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations. · Patience, tact, and a positive attitude, especially with elderly and diverse populations. · Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
