The Licensed Practical Nurse will assist with patient triage, record critical health information, and provide patient education within an OB/GYN clinical setting. They will also manage lab results, assist with medication refills, and document all interactions in the electronic medical record.
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited nursing program and possess an active state LPN license. A minimum of one year of recent experience in a medical facility, preferably in OB/GYN, and current CPR certification are required.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) professional engages Axia Women’s Health patients either directly or by telephone, assisting with patient triage, recording critical patient information, and providing information to patients so that they may fully benefit from our clinical services.
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
