Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician Location: Saint Charles, MO Department: Recovery Services Employment Type: Full‑Time Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Three 12‑Hour Shifts (Friday–Sunday) Shifts Available: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM ✅ Enjoy four days off each week while still qualifying for full‑time benefits Job Summary: Looking for a full‑time role that offers work‑life balance and meaningful work? Join our Recovery Services team as a Behavioral Health Technician I, where you’ll support individuals on their recovery journey in a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a positive impact.
