The Resident Assistant provides compassionate care and support to residents with activities of daily living and maintains their personal environment. They are also responsible for observation, documentation, and assisting with the onboarding of new associates.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess BLS Certification. Requirements include the ability to complete medication administration training and strong English communication skills.
