Overview

Therapist will be trained to provide outpatient and inpatient services at our Eastern Region locations - Bloomington, Pontiac, & Danville. Mileage will be reimbursed based on applicant's home location. Travel time to further facilities is included in 8 hour shifts as well as reimbursed with per mile rate.

Position Summary

The Occupational Therapist assists patients in the restoration of occupational function through evaluation and treatment. Performs examination and evaluation of patients' occupational and functional status including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary and integumentary systems as they relate to functional mobility skills. Includes gathering information from the patient chart, patient and family, or other source as appropriate.
