The primary purpose of the Licensed Practical Nurse is to plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate resident care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring quality care delivery. This role is also responsible for administering prescribed medications and performing necessary treatments for all residents.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Practical Nursing Program and maintain current licensure through the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners. Furthermore, maintaining current CPR Certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.
