Provide assistance and support to clients in a therapeutic environment, including supervising patients and assisting with activities of daily living. Observe, document, and report patient status while utilizing therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong preference for at least one year of experience in a mental health psychiatric setting. Candidates must be able to handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA policies.
