The Lead Caregiver will assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care needs such as dressing, grooming, and bathing, alongside performing medication administration under supervision. They are also responsible for light housekeeping, dining assistance, and promptly responding to resident needs.
Candidates must possess CBRF and Medication Administration certification prior to hire. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, administering medication following training, and providing light housekeeping and meal assistance.
Assist in the daily living activities, monitoring, and supervision of the residents. Perform housekeeping, life enrichment, and dining tasks as required. This position is responsible for representing Frontida well and promoting its culture.
CBRF and Med administration certified !required prior to hire!
Assist residents with personal care needs (such as dressing, grooming, using the bathroom, bathing/showering, walking/transferring) Medication administration (following medication training class and nurse delegation under the supervision of the Nurse Manager) Assist with resident meals, including serving, dining room setup/clean up Provide light housekeeping assistance (dusting, taking out garbage, laundry, making beds, vacuuming) Answer resident call lights promptly and assists as needed Promote teamwork and have a positive attitude Enjoys providing residents with outstanding customer service
