The Habilitation Specialist (DSP) is responsible for assisting individuals supported by the residential program by following established treatment plans, focusing on developing daily living and social skills to promote independence and community integration. Responsibilities also include ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of individuals while upholding the Direct Support Professional Code of Ethics.
Candidates should ideally possess a High School Diploma or GED and experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities, while maintaining a valid driver's license is highly preferred. The role requires the ability to adhere to person-centered supports, implement treatment plans, and perform physical tasks such as running and safely assisting in lifting individuals.

You will abide by the Direct Support Professional Code of Ethics at all times.
Flexible Schedule - Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Overnights - Weekdays and/or Weekends. May be required to assist with overnight outings.
