Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Cardiologist to join our expanding Pediatric multi‑specialty group at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

Ambulatory Pediatric Cardiology clinic with inpatient consult coverage at Carle Foundation Hospital Balanced practice including outpatient visits, echocardiography, fetal cardiology (if desired), and inpatient consults Work alongside an established Pediatric Cardiology team with expertise in congenital heart disease, electrophysiology, advanced cardiac imaging, and fetal cardiology Comprehensive on-site pediatric subspecialties including Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Hematology, Rheumatology, Neurology, Developmental‑Behavioral Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Sleep, Genetics, Pediatric Surgery, Psychology, Nutrition, and 24‑hour Pediatric Hospitalist services Clinic physically connected to Carle Foundation Hospital, which includes a 48‑bed Level III NICU and 22‑bed Inpatient Pediatric & PICU unit staffed 24/7 with in‑house Neonatologists, Pediatric Intensivists, and Pediatric Hospitalists System-wide EPIC EMR for seamless care coordination Opportunity for academic appointment and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine in Urbana, IL, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering Interpretation of diagnostics for Carle Health in addition to multiple independent medical systems.
