The APP will practice at the top of their license, forming trusting relationships while working under the direct supervision of the collaborating physician, Dr. Jean O. Ung. Responsibilities include completing patient examinations and treatment, ordering modalities, prescribing medication, providing education, and completing documentation.
Candidates must have graduated from an approved school for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, obtaining a Master's Degree, and must be licensed or able to obtain licensure in Illinois. Previous experience in Urology or a similar setting is preferred, though New Graduate APP candidates are encouraged to apply.

Develop a relationship and partnership with Dr. Ung clinical staff members, and management. Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.
