The incumbent performs Imaging procedures in two modalities as determined by the Imaging Department's needs, following physician orders under the direction of the Imaging Supervisor and Medical Director. Responsibilities include demonstrating competency in patient care for neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, and potentially participating in the department's call schedule.
Candidates must possess specific California certifications including Medical Radiographer (MRAD:CA) and Fluoroscopy Radiology Tech (FLRAD:CA), along with ARRT (RTR) certification and a CRT license from CDPH. Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) certification is also required for this role.
