Assessment

Performs total body and system assessment each shift/visit according to unit standards.

Care of

Patient: Including planning, implementing, evaluating and educating.

Clinical/Technical

Skills: Utilizes technology, procedures, protocols, standards and interventions specific to assigned unit.

Documentation

Performs legible, timely, concise and accurate documentation according to policies and procedures. Proficient and competent with the computerized documentation system.

Leadership

  • Accepts responsibility and accountability for own decisions and behaviors. Recognizes, accepts and cooperates with direction from facility leadership. We are offering a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus to new hires who meet the eligbility requirements. Job Requirements Required One (1) year experience cardiac catheterization laboratory with demonstrated knowledge of cardiac rhythms, basic 12-lead ECG interpretation and cardiac hemodynamics. One (1) year critical care unit experience for a training position

Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse in California with BLS and ACLS certifications from the AHA. One year of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab or one year of critical care experience for training positions is required.
