One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Clinical Lab Scientist, you will be instrumental in unraveling medical mysteries, providing crucial diagnostic insights that directly impact patient treatment and recovery.Every day, you will perform complex technical analyses across various laboratory disciplines, meticulously verifying results for accuracy and quality assurance.
You will operate and maintain sophisticated instrumentation and collaborate closely with laboratory leadership to uphold the highest standards of practice and patient care.

Demonstrates competency in age-specific patient testing for neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Properly identifies patient, sample, and/or result and maintains sample integrity throughout the analytical and reporting process.
Performs technical procedures accurately, correlating technical data and evaluating results for reasonableness, and maintaining required documentation.
