Overview

• JOB SPECIFICS OSF Medical Group is seeking an advanced practice provider to deliver cardiology care to patients in our growing clinic.
• You will collaborate with 12 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers· Responsibilities include assessing a variety of symptom management cases, promoting communication, collaboration with cardiologist, and providing passionate care for cardiology patients with chronic and acute conditions.
• Function autonomously and have demonstrated experience in cardiology management.

• Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

• Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and
