As a Registered Nurse, the role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality care by leveraging expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and implementing patient care plans. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, reporting, and maintaining patient and work environment safety.
Candidates must possess at least one year of RN experience and an Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing, with a requirement to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) within two years of hire. A current Texas Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support - CPR certification are mandatory.
