Licensed Vocational Nurse

The Licensed Vocational Nurse will deliver direct patient care according to approved treatment plans while adhering to clinical guidelines and coordinating efforts with the RN Case Manager. Responsibilities include conducting required patient visits, making skilled observations, documenting care accurately, and providing necessary patient and caregiver education.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited practical nursing program and hold a current state license, along with required CPR or BLS certification. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required, with home care or hospital experience preferred, alongside strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
