The registered nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing home health and hospice services, utilizing community resources to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. This role involves providing compassionate, personalized care to patients recovering from injuries or living with chronic illnesses wherever they reside.
Candidates must be a registered nurse with current licensure and a graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing, maintaining current CPR certification and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years of experience, with at least one year in public health or home health nursing.
