The Occupational Therapist will help patients regain independence and quality of life by assessing diverse patients, developing treatment plans, and conducting evaluations for daily activities. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, thorough documentation, and providing positive, motivating care to a high volume of patients.
Candidates must be flexible, adaptable, exceptionally organized, and a personable, motivating team player, performing thorough evaluations using standardized and non-standardized tests. Required credentials include an Occupational Therapist license in California and Basic Life Support - CPR certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
