The Physician Assistant will support a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon in both clinical and surgical environments, managing patients independently in clinical settings and assisting in the operating room as required. Responsibilities also include performing hospital and emergency room consultations, providing follow-ups, inpatient rounding, and participating in the call rotation.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program and must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Georgia. Essential qualities include the ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team, clear and compassionate communication, and strong clinical judgment.
