The Physician Assistant will evaluate patients, obtain necessary information for diagnosis and treatment, and demonstrate proficiency in medical management. They will also serve as a surgical assist for general surgeons and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Candidates must possess a Physician Assistant Degree and are preferred to have one to two years of experience. A current Oklahoma PA License or Board Eligibility is required, along with current BLS certification.
Evaluates patient and obtains pertinent information for the diagnosis and treatment of the medical problem. Demonstrates proficiency in performing aspects of patient care, including medical management and serving as a "surgical assist" for the general surgeon(s) Documents applicable information and completes paperwork. Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient and staff.
