Market context

California COTA II roles stay selective

In California, Certified Occupational Assistant II roles are typically tied to steady patient-care demand in settings that use imaging and rehabilitation support, and employers often screen closely for the required state credentials. Competition is usually strongest for candidates who already hold the California CRT certification, current license, fluoroscopic permit, and AHA BLS-CPR, since those qualifications reduce onboarding time. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to confirm fit quickly, then verify any missing credential details before applying.
