As a Registered Home Care Aide, the primary responsibility is delivering exceptional personal care services and assisting clients with activities of daily living to ensure their dignity, comfort, and independence. Duties also include documenting provided services and reporting directly to the Executive Director.
Candidates must be active on the California Home Care Aide Registry and ideally possess one year of experience in home care, hospital, or nursing home settings. Applicants must also be willing to obtain CPR/AED certification, submit to a Livescan clearance, and attain a TB Screening, in addition to being at least 18 years old.

Pay of $25-$30/hour depending on experience. Fulltime employees entitled to 3 Weeks PTO/Year plus sick time, Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, and 401K matching.
