The caregiver will deliver exceptional personal care services and assist clients with activities of daily living. They are also responsible for documenting services provided and reporting to the Executive Director.
Candidates must be active on the California Home Care Aide Registry and have at least one year of experience in a home care, hospital, or nursing home setting. Additionally, they must be willing to obtain CPR/AED certification and submit to a Livescan fingerprint clearance.

Pay of $25-$30/hour depending on experience. Fulltime employees entitled to 3 Weeks PTO/Year plus sick time, Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, and 401K matching.

As a Registered Home Care Aide, you will deliver exceptional personal care services and assist clients with activities of daily living. You will work to ensure client dignity, comfort, and independence. You will be responsible for documenting the services provided and reporting to the Executive Director.
Bathing Meal planning and preparation Transferring/Ambulating Personal hygiene and grooming Toileting and incontinence care Assisting with medication that the client self-administers Transportation assistance
📌 Position Qualifications/Requirements Active on the California Home Care Aide Registry (found here) One-year experience in home care, hospital, or nursing home setting preferred Willing to obtain Basic Life Support CPR/AED certification Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision Empathy for the needs of the ill, frail, and impaired Tact, patience, and good personal hygiene Willingness to submit a Livescan Fingerprint clearance and statement of prior criminal convictions Willingness to attain a TB Screening At least 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent Licensed driver with an insured automobile preferred
