Candidates must possess a diploma from an accredited LPN program and hold a current New York State LPN license, along with current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Required proficiency includes clinical tasks like safe medication administration and aseptic technique, supported by strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
