The assistant will help evaluate clients' daily living skills and capacities to determine their abilities and limitations, and assist patients through all phases of physical therapy treatment, including exercise instruction and manual therapy techniques. They must also observe patients during treatments and report findings to the Physical Therapist, communicating with staff to coordinate treatment programs.
Candidates are required to have an Associate's Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Additionally, an unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice in Texas is mandatory.

$28 - $35/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Up to $2,500 Sign On Bonus.
