The Advanced Practice Provider delivers primary and urgent care services to residents in nursing centers, reporting to the Director of Clinical Practice or Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating with Center Leadership, the Medical Director, and/or Attending Physician for both center-specific goals and individual patient medical care.

We are seeking a Full Time (30-40 hours per week) provider for our Pocahontas Center located in Marlinton, WV. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. New grad NPs are welcome to apply. This role cannot support a new grad PA.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 / year, in addition to our no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.

Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed as an RN, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, preferably specializing in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner. Physician Assistants must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PANCE, with a preference for two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations.
