Market context

Arizona CSFA general surgery roles stay selective

In Arizona, Certified Surgical First Assistant roles in general surgery are typically in steady demand because hospitals and surgical centers need experienced support for operating room teams. These positions are competitive because employers often look for CSFA certification, prior experience, and current or soon-to-be-completed BLS, while preferred education can help candidates stand out. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your certification dates and prepare examples of first-assist experience before applying.
