The Physical Therapist will consult with patients, assess conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans to relieve pain and restore function. Responsibilities also include administering prescribed treatments, monitoring patient response, and ensuring thorough documentation compliance.
Candidates must possess an active and valid Texas Physical Therapy license and be in good standing with all regulatory bodies. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities or long-term care is preferred, along with current knowledge of treatment practices.
