The primary role involves providing direct diagnostic and therapeutic patient care in collaboration with practice physicians, impacting patient outcomes throughout the care continuum. Essential duties include direct care management in outpatient/inpatient/surgical settings, documentation, patient education, ordering diagnostics, prescribing medications, and managing symptoms.
Candidates must qualify as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Clinical Nurse Specialist, requiring a relevant advanced degree and state licensure/certification (e.g., MSN, NCCPA certification). Experience levels determine placement (Level 1: 0-3 years, Level 2: 3 years, Sr: 6 years), and current BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.
