The Occupational Therapist evaluates and directly provides or supervises occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, and when acting as a Home Care Case Manager, coordinates all components of home care services.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and current licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in Ohio, along with CPR Certification.

Domestic and Sexual Violence Counselor
