The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for monitoring patients' medical needs, coordinating appointments, supervising self-administration of medications, and adhering to all documentation standards. This role also involves assisting medical providers with incidental services as needed.
Candidates must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) and preferably have at least one year of experience in a healthcare facility, especially with patients diagnosed with co-occurring disorders. Proficiency in various computer software applications is also required.
