The Registered Nurse protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of licensure and collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary teams for care coordination across the continuum. This role involves assessing and supporting physical symptoms, providing psychological support to patients and families, mentoring team members, and promoting best practices.
Required qualifications include current Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois or Michigan and current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS prior to the start date. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and experience as an RN in a healthcare environment, along with basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications.
