• Duties: Read and implement care/activities of daily living (ADLs) according to the resident service plan. PASS MEDICATION according to physician orders if applying for the med tech position using the electronic health record Respond to resident and other team member needs in a timely manner. Prioritize communication between other team members using group messaging and two-way radios Demonstrates empathy and develops caring rapport with residents and other employees. Willing to support and lift other team members when they are struggling or learning a new process Promotes resident independence and self-care. Delivers and documents resident care and services in accordance with individual service plans. Maintains accurate and complete records of delivered care in the electronic health record. Completes incident reports sensitively, accurately, and timely. Understands safety and infection control processes and demonstrates practices to control the spread of communicable illnesses. Promotes a clean, orderly, and safe environment including performing housekeeping, when needed. Recognize, respond, and communicate with the maintenance team to keep the community, work environment, and resident apartment in a clean, comfortable, and safe condition. Adopt a code of conduct in how we behave with team members, visitors, vendors, and others in accordance with Company values.
