The clinician will provide telephonic or face-to-face mental health crisis triage, assessment, intervention, and disposition at designated centers or on-site locations. Responsibilities include managing crisis line calls, gathering necessary information, providing clinically appropriate resolutions or dispositions, and scheduling urgent face-to-face assessments when required.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or be a licensed Registered Nurse, coupled with at least one year of direct mental health counseling experience. Required knowledge includes psychiatric diagnoses, biopsychosocial assessments, mental status evaluation, community resources, and third-party payers to develop crisis intervention plans.
