Intake Clinician - PRN

Qualifications

The following are the job requirements for the Clinician position

• Requires Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a degree and licensure as a Registered Nurse and one or more years of direct or related mental health counseling experience; prefer mental health crisis counseling experience. Must possess knowledge of current psychiatric diagnoses and treatment terminology; completed biopsychosocial patient assessments, including conducting formal mental status evaluation and patient medical history; community resources; third party payers, including managed care companies to develop and clinically appropriate crisis intervention and disposition plan; basic typing and computer literacy.
