We are seeking skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our growing team across the Bay Area. The ideal clinician is patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to helping patients restore mobility, strength, safety, and independence in the home environment.
As an AlphaCare PT, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or functional decline. You will develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapy interventions, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated, outcome-driven care. Evaluate patients in the home setting and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders Provide skilled physical therapy interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and safety Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility strategies, fall prevention, and safe home practices Assess functional limitations and support patients in achieving independence goals Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care Participate in case conferences and care planning discussions Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Communicate changes in patient condition and treatment progress proactively Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives Deliver care in alignment with AlphaCare’s commitment to patient time, multilingual community care, and clinical reliability

Pay Range $65.00 – $85.00 per hour + Sign-On Bonus
